Shortly after it was announced... people wanted to know where it will take place... it's hidden in the logo... I know it, do you?

Oh hell yeah. Square finally listened to me. It took them long enough. I have been bitching and bitching to them about expanding the Final Fantasy VII universe and giving up on all of this cracked-out online stuff... when I want to play an RPG, I want to fight against bad guys- not other people, I want to be in a world where stuff happens... I want to chase down Sephiroth across the whole world... I want to feel the dark aura that is Midgar and the evil that is The Shinra... I want to feel the sadness of having my beloved Aeris die... you can't have that on a mmorpg... it just dosent work. Well... in any case, Square listened. If anyone asks you, I was the sole reason they finally decided to fix the direction they're headed and create something as awesome as Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

So... what is it?

Well... short answer: I do not know. Long answer: I've heard a couple of things. A movie, maybe? A game maybe? A movie and a game? Whatever it is, it's set to come out in Japan next summer... and the trailer... WOAH damn. Go see it. Use the torrent. And now.. Pictures!

In the trailer.. I guess Sephiroth and Cloud did not become friends, after all.

Also in the trailer... recognize the church? You better, it's that of Aeris. Could we see the much asked for Aeris- Ressurrection? I sure hope not... it'd screw it all up.

Again... from the trailer... it's the famous scene from the game where Sephiroth walks into the fire... but with updated graphics... way updated.
